Mutants V.S. Humans - between Erika & evan..relic

Erika started to calm down. 'I love you daddy.' She said, her voice barely audible.

Ben smiled and began to feed his energy into Erika, hoping her body would use it to heal, 'I love you too.'

Erika felt Ben putting his energy into her. She felt all glowy inside, and her mind became sharper. Her body healed it's wounds, and she awoke. Her whole body started to glow, and she felt something inside of her change. 'What's happening to me?' She asked again, as she glowed brighter.

'I really don't know.' He thought to her as he put her down.

Erika's body started to change. Her legs grew and arms grew. Her body became leaner, and breats started to form. Her hair became longer, and her hips widened. The glow of her body went away, and in the place of a 6 year old child, was a 13 year old teen. 'Daddy?' She asked, her voice changed from that of a child, to a young lady. 'What happened?'

'Again, I have no idea. Maybe, by me feeding you energy, your body somehow managed to manipulate itself into... this.'

He cursed softly and within the confines of his mind, closed to Erika, she looked.... really good now.

'Come on. Let's head home, I have some calls to make.'

Erika nodded, and noticed Kitty. She took him into her arms, and followed Ben out. 'Dad. Do you think Beast could help us with this?' She asked, sounding really mature.

((the evolution doesnt just effect her body, it effects her mind too. she still has all her memories, but now she is more mature.))

'I think it'd be better not to contact him yet. He did say he had a lot of work to do for the Resistance.'

He couldn't get used to how mature she was all of a sudden... and attractive....

Erika laughed. "Alright." She said outloud. "Then what shall we do?" Noticing his feelings, she took his hand. "I think we both need to get used to this." She stated.

You're telling me.

"Let's just head home, I have hell to deal with, what with dealing with your files. And looking into a new house, since you'll probably want your own room now and getting a new bed."

Ben's breath caught in his throat as Erika took his hand. As they walked home, he bit his bottom lip.

Erika laughed. "Why would I want that?" She asked. She squeezed his hand. "This seems like I am your little sister, instead of your daughter." She said.

Ben shook his head, "Let's just go home. I'll make you your favourite, fried rice. Or do you want sticky rice?"

Erika laughed. 'What do you think dad?' She said. 'Fried rice tastes better.'

Ben laughed, 'Okay, okay. Fried rice it is.'

Ben opened the door to their home/apartment at the HQ, 'You get washed up a bit, still have some blood on you from that fight, and I'll get cooking.'

Erika nodded, and went to the bathroom. She stripped, and had a shower. When done, she found some clothes, that might fit her. A white top, with red, and blue jeans. She quickly got dressed, brushed her hair, and went to the kitchen. 'How do I look dad?' She asked.

Ben had stripped off his leather jacket and put it on the hook, then went into the kitchen.

He had quickly learned how to cook from some friends he had made. And he excelled at it.

He was flipping some rice in a pan when he heard Erika's question, he looked over his shoulder, 'You look good, sweetheart.'

He poured the rice from the pan into two bowls. Then went over and picked up an old motor oil can made of steel to dump the used oil into.

When half-way through pouring the oil into the can, he noticed something, granules of rust were creeping up the sides of can from his hands, eventually coming together to form huge patches of rust. A moment later the can disintegrated and the hot oil splashed all over his left hand.

Dropping the pan, he jerked his hand back fast, pain radiating through his mind and body.

"Owwwwwww..." He bellowed through mind and mouth.

Erika saw, as well as heard what had happened. She quickly went to the sink and ran cold water. Getting a towel she put it under the water, and wrung it. Erika then went to Ben, and took his hand, placing it in the cold wet towel. She gave Ben a confused look, and then looked at her own body.

Ben quickly separated the pain in his mind and kept it 'body-side.'

'What are you looking at?'

((When in pain, Ben takes a moment to recollect himself.))

Erika took a step back, leaving the towel on his hand. She looked down aty her body, than back to Ben. Taking a hand she gestured to her body. 'I think that whatever you did to that can, you did to me.' She said.

'That's crazy, I ca-' He cut the thought off as he used his uninjured hand to push up the sleeve on his left side, revealing a deep scar that appeared to be like an hourglass.

Hourglass.... time....

Looking up at Erika, 'Oh.... crap....'

Erika nodded. 'When I was injured and you gave me your energy, it triggered the time thing, and changed me.' She said. 'Now, can we reverse it?' She started pacing the floor infront of Ben, taking the news well.

Ben growled deep in his throat as the welted skin on his hand began to recede, skin repairing.

He pulled off the wet cloth to display a fully healed hand, 'Like that. If adding energy accelerated time, then taking the energy will reverse it.'

Erika stopped pacing the floor, and looked up at Ben. 'Well, lets try. I want to be a six year old again, and mature naturally.' She said. 'I am not ready to be a thirteen year old yet.'

'Yeah, and I don't think Mirriam would take seeing a thirteen year old Erika too easily.'

Ben sighed as he interlinked his mind with her's, 'Alright. Stay calm and this should work out.'

Locating the energy he had employed earlier, he began to drag it out of her. A brutal method, but it should work.

Erika nodded. She felt the energy leave her, and she fell to her knees. It was painful, but she was able to keep from screaming. Her body began to glow once more, so bright it was blinding. Her body once again changed from that of a 13 year old, back to her 6 year old form. Once complete, the glow faded, and she collapsed, nearly unconcious.

Ben groaned as he finished.

Gently picking Erika up, 'It worked, Eri. It worked.'

He walked over to her crib and set her down, 'We'll eat after you wake, I'll keep the rice warm.'

Erika stuck her thumb in her mouth as she felt the bed under her. 'Ok, daddy.' She said, in her once again child voice. She fell asleep, holding kitty.

Ben sighed as he sat down on his bed, drained, removing the energy had taken quite a bit from him.

Quickly, he used his telekinesis abilities to move the two bowls of rice into the microwave for later. He laid down.

What a day...

Erika awoke, and yawned. It was evening, and her belly growled for food. Putting kitty down, and rubbing the sleep from her eyes, she crawled out of her crib, and went to Ben. 'Daddy?' She asked. She noticed he was asleep, so she crawled up onto the bed, and laid down on his chest.

Ben woke easily, 'Hungry, Eri?'
