Mutants V.S. Humans

This roleplay are based on people with special powers called mutants, and normal humans. You can be a mutant or a human.

Powers can be anything (telepathy,fire,ice,etc./basically powers from the movie XMEN). im allowing two powers per character, but they must be balanced, and not god-mod the character.

Power: Telepathy (can read minds, and project her own thoughts to others). Can heal others without great energy loss. If she tries to bring back someone from the dead it will knock her unconcious for a few days. She can't heal herself.
Appearance: As a 6 year old.

Personality: Kind. Caring. Sensitive. Likes to be alone. Hates to be yelled at.
Bio: Was abandoned in the forest when she was three. Was found by another mutant, and brought back to the mutant HQ.

Mutant or Human: Mutant (But doesn't realize it; genes haven't activated)

Powers: Telepath (powerful, can screw with people's minds, cause them mental pain and the like. Can control to a limited degree later on.)) Later he gains the ability to affect the flow of time around an object or person. ((See footnote))

Appearance: short brown spiky hair, muscular, green/red eyes, right eye has a minor scar over it, tanned, the left side of his face has burn scars down to the base of the neck, wears a brown tactical vest with green-brown camo pants, under the vest is a dark, muddy brown t-shirt. Green/black steel-toed hiking boots. The rifle holsters strapped across his back in X-form, pistol holsters at his belt.

Personality: Rough around the edges, but has a heart of gold. Does not take any BS from anyone. Normally quiet, but his yelling even scared the battle-hardened soldiers.

Bio: Was a part of the army, lieutenant, but when his kid sister became a mutant, he just couldn't take it much more and deserted. Shortly after, he found out that his best friend, a fellow lieutenant, killed his sister. He completely lost it, he got into a base and shot it up in a frenzy, where he got the burn marks and scar (knives). Almost dead, he half-crawled out of the base and into the forest, where he struggled to keep his life, but he did recover. Returned to raid for additional weapons and ammo, then went to seek out the resistance.

Weapons: M4A1 Assault Rifle, H&K G36, and two Walther PPK's

Note: When Ben affects the time for a person, the 'path' remains constant, no deviations from their alignment at the beginning (good remains good for example), he can 'time' them to death's doorstep, but no further. Can also reverse time for an object or person, but uses much more energy.
