The Doctor's Daughter is funny because:

The Doctor's Daughter (Jenny) is played by Georgia Moffat, who is the daughter of the fifth doctor (or the actor), and she married david tennat who is the tenth doctor, and they had a baby girl together.

So essentially, the doctors daughter married the doctor and played the doctors daughter who then had the doctors daughter.

And wasn't Luthor already president in the comics? Anyways it fits.

And I think Dr. Doom should be a major villain because he is one of the most powerful villains, since he uses both science AND magic (if anyone read Avengers Children Crusade, holy shit @ doctor doom)

well, the plot is that the major heroes are incapacitated. But I don't see why not.

The whole who controls where is actually from the original rp my sister started. She knows more than I do so she probably wrote that for my sake ^_^'

well red robin isn't a major hero. Tim was robin but then in the books he sort of got fired from being robin and just went off doing his own thing, which is why i was asking.

But what about Batman? It says all super-powered heroes are incapacitated, but the batfamily doesn't have powers (or people like Mister Miracle or Blue Beetle)

And i have no idea what you were trying to say in your second last sentence. But if you'd prefer me to make my own character, I could. :')

All the heroes are incapacitated, that includes gadget users or any other well known heroes (hence the title 'Secondrate Heroes') But, I guess as long as not every character is a major hero it's fine.

As for the second sentence, I have my own site that's just me and Victoria (Nate has an account, but is never there. Same as my cousin Shannon) And Secondrate Heroes is an rp she started on the site that I brought over here.
